Coronavirus (COVID-19) Advice

You have been sent a link to this page by the doctor who is examining you for a medico-legal report for your accident claim.

It is important that you take notice of this advice and contact the doctor’s office directly or the medical agency, should you need to cancel your appointment.

Many doctors are not able to provide face to face consultations at this current time.

On 23rd March 2020, MedCo agreed to allow for remote video consultations subject to a number of conditions. It is anticipated that most experts will have the necessary facilities to re-organise this for you, if you are in agreement.

For Remote Video Examination Advice please see: Video Examinations – Initial Advice to Claimants

Ikoy has provided this page for doctors to send out in text messages and emails to Claimants to reach as many people as possible. Should you need to discuss your appointment please contact the doctor’s office directly or the medical agency and not Ikoy. This page will be updated as the situation changes.
